I know, I know, it’s been way too long since my last post! Since then, I had finals for my MBA program (which I’m proud to say I did really well!!), moved out of my apartment and into my bf’s place (which involved taking over his closet), did a ton of errands, and tried to enjoy my spring break before the craziness of classes started again. To say the least, I’ve been a little busy ;). BUT, spring break has always been a great time to get everything in order, organize, and re-focus on what’s important.
Soooo, I finally dusted off my juicer and decided I needed to get more nutrients into my diet. I used to love using my juicer and following this great recipe book I have so why not start up again?! It’s so easy and you can experiment with different fruits and veggies to see what kind of combination you like most. At first, I followed recipes but now I just throw it all in there! Below, I made a juice of carrots, celery, beets with beet tops, and an apple. It’s important to balance your juice with a little sweetness, whether its adding an apple, orange, or other fruit.
